This software provides various measurement setting and
acquire/display of measurement data. Measurement data can be
acquired in CSV file, which is convenient when handling a
large amount of data. In addition, frequency sweep
measurement, which is not available on the main unit, can be
performed with the software. The impedance frequency
response measurement is also available.
