Internal resistance of electric double-layer capacitors
Measure the internal resistance of an electric double layer capacitor placed intermediately between a capacitor and cell. The frequency response analyzer can perform measurements with a high resolution of up to 0.1mHz. It can also analyze Faraday impedance with Cole-Cole plots (complex impedance display). Moreover, since it is quite resistant to external disturbances, measurement while switching charging and discharging with a large current can be done.
